Load /Save Family Dialog

FamSaveLoad1.gif (7381 bytes)Right-clicking on an issue list and selecting Save as Family or selecting Load Family. Pops up a larger Family Save/Load Dialog box to the left of the screen.

Families are grouped into categories. Single-click the (+) on a category to see its members.

Once expanded,

  • Double-click on a family to select it. OR
  • Enter a family name where the picture to the left shows FIDELITY, then hit enter<Enter> or click the load button.

The selected family will be loaded into the Issue list.

Enter the name of the family and it's description where indicated by NAME and DESCRIPTION. The name must be a valid file name under Windows 95/98/NT. For compatibility with FT for DOS (if you still use it) use a valid DOS file name (8 character max).

Click the Save Fam button or hit the <Enter> key. New Families that you create yourself are saved in the Personal Family Category.

NOTE: Hitting <Enter> before entering the description will save the family with no description. Use <Tab> to move from Name to Description.
